| Welcome to Winshill FC |
Winshill Football Club, based in Burton-on-Trent, have 25 teams playing in the local Burton Junior Football League. We have teams starting at Under 8 all the way through to Under 18's. We also have a Girls teams at Under 12. Over 310 kids play football for Winshill FC! We also have a MENS teams in their second season after finishing runners up in their first season together!
Winshill FC were awarded Charter Standard in October 2003 and soon after (February 2004) were awarded the Development Standard in recognition of providing an organised and safe environment for children to play football. In Feb 07 the FA re-awarded the Development Award to Winshill FC for maintaining their standards. With 30+ qualified coaches having passed the Level One Coaching Course, Winshill FC provide children with the approved training methods and operate within FA Codes of Conduct. |

| Winshill FC have many activities planned for their members at the moment. If you don't know about these, give your Team Manager a call. We are once again off on our travels to WALES to play in the Festival of Football next May. Below is a photo of our young members on the pitch at Derby County. Winshill Fc took 134 members to watch the home game against Sheffield Wednesday (Rams won 3-0) and these lucky players had the thrill of doing the Guard of Honour for the Rams. |
