| Welcome to Winshill FC |
Winshill Football Club, based in Burton-on-Trent, have 25 teams playing in the local Burton Junior Football League. We have teams starting at Under 8 all the way through to Under 18's. We also have a Girls teams at Under 12. Over 310 kids play football for Winshill FC! We also have a MENS teams in their second season after finishing runners up in their first season together!
Winshill FC were awarded Charter Standard in October 2003 and soon after (February 2004) were awarded the Development Standard in recognition of providing an organised and safe environment for children to play football. In Feb 07 the FA re-awarded the Development Award to Winshill FC for maintaining their standards. With 30+ qualified coaches having passed the Level One Coaching Course, Winshill FC provide children with the approved training methods and operate within FA Codes of Conduct. |

| **************************Winshill Charity Cup********************************* This year we will compete with our friends at Belvedere to raise money for THE COUNTY AIR AMBULANCE good cause. The Charity Cup will see teams play each other at every age group the Clubs have with friendly games for any teams without an opposition. We are holding this years event at The Washlands on Sunday 31st August. Your Team Manager has full details. We will also be issuing the new kit and Club Jacket at this event so "Get those Cameras ready"! |
